It’s no surprise that we like to praise successful CRM implementations—but each year around this time, we try to draw attention to a select few. Metrics always make nice bullet points—and we’ve certainly included some here—but the best part of a winning CRM project is how it enables a company to connect with its customers, and how those customers are better off as a result. As always, we’ve winnowed down the nominees to a select few, and this year’s quartet runs the gamut of the CRM world: enterprise-level and midmarket, marketing and sales—these are CRM initiatives that worked, and are still working, continuing to provide value to users wise enough to commit to them.
