Miller Heiman today released a significant upgrade to its suite of sales process enablement tools. Version 5.0 of& Sales Access Manager adds mobility to the sales process.

The most prominent update is the conversion of the Sales Access Manager software from Flash to HTML-5, which provides greater flexibility to the more than 60,000 users. The application also offers a more intuitive user interface. "Salespeople are much quicker to adopt new technologies and processes when they see an increase in speed to results. The more we can replicate the selling environment in digital and mobile platforms, the better we can help improve productivity for salesperson in their day-to-day interactions with clients," Snow said.

This software integrates an organization's CRM system with Miller Heiman's sales methodologies, including Strategic Selling, Conceptual Selling, Large Account Management Process, and Channel Partner Management. Integration is available off-the-shelf for 100 percent of all Web-based CRM systems, including salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, and Oracle. A software developers kit is available for on-demand, on-premises, and internally developed systems.
