Thryv Launches Growth Platform for SMBs, Partners with Wix and Ooma
Thryv has launched an artificial intelligence-native growth platform for local service businesses.
Combining AI software with marketing assistance from Thryv experts, the redesigned platform helps small businesses get found online, identify their highest-value leads, and understand which marketing investments are driving revenue.
The platform helps local service businesses do the following:
- Show up where customers are searching, from Google and AI search engines to maps, directories, and social media. A Digital Marketing Score, combined with AI-powered websites and AI-powered social posts, elevates brand visibility.
- Reach more customers and focus on the leads most likely to buy, with campaigns managed by Thryv experts and AI.
- See exactly which campaigns are driving revenue. AI Lead Insights provide intent scoring, conversation summaries, and recommended actions for high-intent leads.
Thryv can now integrate with leading field service management platforms, including Jobber, bringing AI-driven leads directly into existing workflows.
"Small businesses want more than marketing tools. They want to know they're investing in the right opportunities and getting measurable results," said Grant Freeman, president of Thryv, in a statement. "We redesigned our platform to combine AI revenue insights, expert marketing support ,and CRM integrations all in one connected platform. With Thryv Growth Platform, businesses benefit from an AI-optimized online presence, a flow of qualified leads, and timely insights into which campaigns are driving revenue. This new platform embodies our mission to give businesses a smarter way to grow."
Thryv also partnered with Wix and Ooma to boost its market presence among SMBs.
The Wix partnership brings together Thryv's marketing platform and Wix's global website and unified commerce solutions.
"We are thrilled to partner with Wix to provide every service-based small business a complete AI-powered technology foundation —together we provide payments, commerce, bookings, marketing leads and more, without having to stitch together a dozen different tools," said Joe Walsh, Thryv's chairman and CEO, in a statement. "Thryv has successfully built one of the most trusted platforms in the SMB market and together, we can generate significant value providing a comprehensive technology suite to the service-based businesses we support, while creating new opportunities for these businesses to access the tools they need to grow."
The partnership with Ooma, a provider of advanced communications services for businesses and consumers, connects Ooma's business communications customers with Thryv's growth platform customers while Thryv's customers can access Ooma's advanced communications services with AI-enabled features. With coordinated sales and marketing initiatives, including webinars and other customer educational programs, sales incentive programs, and cross-promotional outreach, the companies will create new opportunities to introduce their solutions to SMBs.
"This relationship connects two companies with a shared focus on helping small businesses succeed," Walsh said. "Ooma has an exceptional reputation and a strong base of entrepreneurial and service-based businesses, many of whom could benefit from Thryv's ability to help them attract more customers and accelerate growth."
"Thryv has established a strong position within the small business marketing software sector, making this a beneficial opportunity for both companies," said Eric Stang, president and CEO of Ooma, in a statement. "This co-marketing agreement will allow us to expand visibility across our combined networks and leverage our respective brands to pursue additional opportunities."
