Pinnacle Ai Expands AI Tools

Pinnacle Ai has released October 2026 updates that add analytics and payment acceptance to AI Studio sites, bring voice conversations to Ask AI on mobile, and let small business owners test AI-built workflows inside AI Builder.

With the updates, sites built in AI Studio can now track visitors and leads and accept payments, and owners can use AI to design invoices, check their automations before they go live, see which pages bring in leads, and collect payment from the same site, without adding separate tools. After AI Builder creates or edits workflows, users can run real tests in the same chat, see each step report back on the canvas, and read a plain-language summary of what worked.

Other October updates extend AI into automation and communication. The AI Agent workflow action can now search the web during a run, and customers with texting can see the status of their carrier registration in real time. Notifications for recurring appointments were also improved, and users can now clean up drop-down and check-box options on custom objects and companies.
